About Us
Stay The Key, Inc is a wholly owned company of Property Pro Realty Group, Inc (PPRG). PPRG was co-founded by Pat Fiore and Alexander Buell in Saratoga County, New York in 2018.
After 26 years of practicing law and self managing both rental properties and condominiums units in Florida, Pat retired from his legal practice to devote 100% of his time to his pasion… real estate.
Alex specializes in property valuation, pro forma modeling, and value-add strategies. He focuses on acquiring and improving underperforming assets to increase net operating income and long-term value.
Over the last 8 years PPRG has grown to one of the Capital Regions largest property management companies, now managing over 700 residential units in the 5 County New York Capital Region.
The PPRG team has grown to include a staff CPA, Senior Accountant, dedicated Asset Managers, and a team of Technicians who perform all maintenance tasks from painting to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and everything in between.
Why Stay The Key?
We didn’t start STK because we wanted another business. We started it because we saw firsthand how much money was being left on the table and the difference we made for the few owners we took care on.
As short-term rental investors in Florida those we met hired third-party managers expecting strong performance. What they got instead was inconsistent execution, missed revenue opportunities, and a lack of urgency around the things that actually drive returns.
That experience made it clear that most managers think like operators. We think like an owner.
